[PATCH] D49678: [llvm-objcopy] Adding support for compressed DWARF debug sections.

I actually am not sure why the diff is so bad. The patch that I uploaded is
pretty sparse, it just looks like phabricator is doing something really
weird here. I literally do not see any of these differences in my patch
file.
