[PATCH] D44572: AMDGPU: Don't leave dead illegal VGPR->SGPR copies

Normally DCE kills these, but at -O0 these get left behind
leaving suspicious looking illegal copies.
Replace with IMPLICIT_DEF to avoid iterator issues.
