The output of lld was a little large given the set of exported items, but @sunfish pointed me at this diff which worked perfectly for us as well! This managed to strip notably all the unused entries in the global table for `call_indirect` entries.

The "hello world" output from my branch right now looks like https://gist.github.com/alexcrichton/c313672808533ff2f1d29538f390457a, which looks ideal from a "everything is gc'd point of view" except for the unused `type` declarations. Just wanted to let y'all know, but otherwise thanks so much for this!
