[llvm] r322789 - [MachineOutliner] Add DISubprograms to outlined functions.

We no longer record the list of DISubprograms in DICompileUnit, so creating a new DISubprogram and attaching it to an existing DICompileUnit is definitely possible, we just need to make sure the unit: field in the DISubprogram points to the right DICompileUnit. 

To do this you can either extend DIBuilder to take an optional CUNode in its constructor or add a setCompileUnit() method, or you could just create the DISubprogram node from scratch. Extending DIBuilder is the preferable approach as far as I'm concerned.
