ping!  No progress on test reviews for a week, and there is a lot to be done. I can't do more than update all the tests, which I have already done... Should I hide this behind a temporary Target preference hook for now, perhaps?

- Patch updated (rebased onto latest changed in CalcSpillWeights.cpp)
