[llvm] r314806 - [SLP] Vectorize jumbled memory loads.

I haven't used -DCLANG_ENABLE_BOOTSTRAP, I usually just do it manually
by first building clang and then configuring another build with that
as the compiler.

Maybe you need -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release to trigger the problem?
