Best to use svn revision numbers in reverts (& LLVM has a tool for this in
util/git-svn/git-svnrevert that takes a git hash, does a revert, but
creates a commit message for the revert that includes the svn revision
number instead)

Also could you include some context about why the patch was reverted?
(links to buildbot failures, etc)
