LNT /global_status and /summary_report pages are not tested

Hi Matthias,
Regarding the /global_status page, I saw this issue a few weeks ago and did a bit of investigation, here https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33836.
I'll see to do a bit more testing with my current implementation and submit that for review. Then I think you guys can check whether the page is still useful.

Hi Matthias,
We don't use the summary_report page.
When trying it out on our main internal LNT instance, I get the error message "You must define a summary report configuration first.".
Fine for me for that page to be removed.
