Minor fix in LoopStrengthReduce

Hi Quentin and Uli,

this is a very minor fix in LSR that I kept separate from the other 
changes. It seemed right, but had nearly no effect on output, so I 
wouldn't say it's really necessary - just 3-4 loops changed on SPEC (3 
slightly better).
