Log:
[CFI] Remove LinkerSubsectionsViaSymbols.

Since D17854 LinkerSubsectionsViaSymbols is unnecessary.

It is interfering with ThinLTO implementation of CFI-ICall, where
the aliases used on the !LinkerSubsectionsViaSymbols branch are
needed to export jump tables to ThinLTO backends.
