[PATCH] D28313: Change which input sections we concatenate

I believe all you have to do is to commit a change to a SVN release branch.
I did that last time to write release notes, but I don't remember how I did
(and even worse, now that I'm using git monorepo, it is probably be more
trickier to me than before.) I'll ask Hans about how to do that.
