[PATCH] D25046: AMDGPU: Emit runtime metadata version 2 as YAML

The test here seems to be leaving a compiled object file at test/CodeGen/AMDGPU/runtime-metadata.o in my source tree.

I've submitted 289742 to fix this, but please have a look to make sure that this is the right fix for your purposes.
