[llvm] r286767 - llvm-strings: support printing the filename

Hi Saleem,

This is intermittently failing on multiple bots, so I reverted it
(plus the two dependencies) in r286820: r286778, r286729

The failures don't seem related to the other commits, probably some
filesystem issue?
