[PATCH] D26321: [X86] Add LLVM version number for each intrinsic handled by auto upgrade for age tracking

This change alone LGTM.
We could go further and:

1. Decide what to deprecate and when
2. Give a heads-up on llvm-dev. Should look out for owners of frontends that need to be update.
3. Maybe add a notice in the Release Notes or a dedicated section in the docs?
