This patch needs to be regenerated against the top of tree at the moment.  I've had to manually modify the code for the following files recently to test this:

./lib/Target/Mips/AsmParser/MipsAsmParser.cpp.rej
./lib/Target/Mips/MipsInstrInfo.td.rej
