I just started to look at http://reviews.llvm.org/D21903 but I am not sure I understand the order of the two patches.  Ideally http://reviews.llvm.org/D21903 should have been a prequel to this but after reading the latest version of this patch I was expecting it to be the other way.  But looking at http://reviews.llvm.org/D21903, that changes here are not present there.  Can you please explain?
