Builder llvm-clang-lld-x86_64-scei-ps4-windows10pro-fast is back to normal

[Galina Kistanova via llvm-commits]

A factory required a successful step of removing the llvm.obj directory,
which could be missing in some cases.

The fix is committed as r270773
