[llvm] r267049 - Refactor raw pdb dumper into library

Hi,
I've reverted r267049 and the follow-ups r26706[16789] and r267071, in r267148 to restore the buildbots to green. Feel free to re-commit to try fixes but please try not to leave it failing too long since buildbot doesn't notify people about red to red transitions even if additional failures occur.
I also had a look through r267049 and I see some code that tends to cause problems on big-endian systems like clang-cmake-mips. At various points, it reinterpret_casts pointers into pointers to a differently-sized type. This often causes problems when the file-format endian and the host-endian differ. There's also a place where a pointer is reinterpret_casted to a pointer to a structure which can cause structure layout mismatches since the alignment, padding, and sometimes field order can vary between targets. Most of these reinterpret_casts are the same as they were before the change but one in particular used ulittle32_t (which deals with endian mismatches) before this change and now uses uint32_t. Unfortunately, changing it back to ulittle32_t seems to break X86_64.
I'm happy to help with debugging this on the clang-cmake-mips builder if you need it. There will be some latency though since my working day ends roughly when yours starts :-).

Hi,
This test still fails for clang-cmake-mips (http://lab.llvm.org:8011/builders/clang-cmake-mips/builds/13208). I'll take a look once I've reverted the commit responsible for the other failing tests in that build.

This particular one passes at https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@267080
Thanks.
CodeGen/ARM/Windows/division.ll fails though. Arghhhh!

Log:
Refactor raw pdb dumper into library
PDB parsing code was hand-rolled into llvm-pdbdump. This patch moves the
parsing of this code into DebugInfoPDB and makes the dumper use this.
This is achieved by implementing the skeleton of RawPdbSession, the
non-DIA counterpart to the existing PDB read interface. None of the type /
source file / etc information is accessible yet, so this implementation is
not yet close to achieving parity with the DIA counterpart, but the
RawSession class simply holds a reference to a PDBFile class which handles
parsing the file format. Additionally a PDBStream class is introduced
which allows accessing the bytes of a particular stream in a PDB file.
