Interesting. When I ran this locally I was getting .ctors:

Sean:~/tmp % ~/pg/release/bin/clang++ -target x86_64-unknown-linux -c
testinitpriority.cpp && ~/pg/release/bin/llvm-readobj -sections
testinitpriority.o | grep ctors
    Name: .ctors.65434 (189)
    Name: .rela.ctors.65434 (184)
    Name: .ctors (66)
    Name: .rela.ctors (61)

but it indeed produces .[cd]tors for x86_64-scei-ps4. I'll add that with a
