Out of curiosity, do you need to add ${COMPILER_RT_TEST_COMPILER_CFLAGS} to COMPILER_RT_TEST_CFLAGS as well? Otherwise the name COMPILER_RT_TEST_COMPILER_CFLAGS looks really confusing.
