Hi Justin, could you look at the patch.
We would like to proceed with this and remaining patches and then post the indirect call promotion code for review. The two components - indirect call profiling and promotion - have been in our internal tree for two releases giving good performance benefits, including 9% for eon, 6% for h264ref, 4% for povray.
