[llvm] r245394 - [BasicAA] Revert r221876 because it can produce incorrect aliasing

Hm - I think neither is right, hence my more recent patch. Changing it
one way or another just causes other sets of bugs. The unit tests I've
added in my patches should illustrate this? Thanks -
