The patch implements microMIPS32r6 and microMIPS64r6 CVT.D.fmt, CVT.L.fmt, CVT.S.fmt, CVT.W.fmt, MAX.fmt, MIN.fmt, MAXA.fmt, MINA.fmt and CMP.condn.fmt instructions.
