Adding VERSION_MIN load command to MachO file on Darwin

So, part of the problem we have is that coff and elf moved out of they old
raw dumpers, and new tests are accompanied by llvm readobj features. On
mach-o there has been very little interest in improving the tests
Even relocations processing was bogus until recently.

Please add support for dumping the version. It should be really trivial.
