This is because of MoveExtToFormExtLoad, which undoes the stlxr sinking.
Quentin, any ideas? Here's a simple solution: check if the zext's
only user is a stlxr, and then sink it (instead of looking up from the
stlxr). The zext's user will always be a stlxr, so we'll never hit
the other zext transformations.
