[PATCH] Drop remaining Dragonegg support in release scripts

Hi,

r236077 and r236081 dropped Dragonegg support from the release scripts
but left some pieces. The most notable change is that Dragonegg won't
be tagged any more.

I do not have commit access so if patch is approved I need help committing it.
