I wasn't involved in setting it up and am not sure how to disable the
blame email -- Galina?

I would rather not have it disabled it as it remains useful for
keeping on top of build failures and manually checking results of
individual tests. I expect to have PRs in and XFAILS for the remaining
issues in the next few days.
