[PATCH] [ARM] Rename v8.1a from "extension" to "architecture"

Hi jmolloy,

v8.1a is renamed to architecture, following current entity naming approach.
Excess generic cpu is removed.
Intended use: "generic" cpu with "v8.1a" subtarget feature
