Enable backtraces on clang-native-aarch64-full buildbot again

Hi Galina,

This patch reverts r229195 that disabled backtraces on 
clang-native-aarch64-full,
because of some GNU linker issue.

Backtraces should be working now, since the issue has been fixed on LLVM 
side in r231227.
