Hi Shankar,

If you revert changes using the script, you'll already have a pattern
filled in. As with the standard commit message, just explain what
broke or what was terribly wrong with the patch that made you revert.
Nothing new here. If you don't use the script, just follow its
pattern. There's plenty of examples around.
