GCC was upset about `typedef ImutAVLTreeGenericIterator<ImutInfo>
ImutAVLTreeGenericIterator;`.
The diagnostic was something on the order of:
declaration of 'typedef ImutAVLTreeGenericIterator<ImutInfo>
ImutAVLTreeGenericIterator'
changes meaning of 'ImutAVLTreeGenericIterator' from 'struct
ImutAVLTreeGenericIterator'
