[PATCH] Setting up CMake to default to RelWithDebInfo when no build type is specified.

I don't prefer "Debug" nor "RelWithDebInfo" by default.
For Clang/LLVM users, I suggest "Release".
To develop with our tree, they may set with debug symbols, I think.
