[PATCH] [lld] Revive standalone CMake build

Not a review, sorry, but a question:

Are you planning on spinning up buildbots to, at least, test the lld
stand-alone build? (Even better would be to test it with asan, of course
;-) ).
Because without buildbots, I only see the stand-alone build going the same
way it went and becoming broken again :-(
