[zorg] Disable backtraces on the clang-native-aarch64-full buildbot

Hi All,

*Analysis/crash-trace.c* and *Parser/crash-report.c* tests are failing 
when Clang bootstrapping itself.
Disabling backtraces on the *clang-native-aarch64-full buildbot* would 
make it green again.
This is only a temporary solution until the real issue gets fixed.
