[PATCH] [zorg] Support Windows/Linux Clang CMake builds with unified builder.

llvmGetSource direct calls from source tree dictionary.
Added user environment variables.
Fixed ignore fail
Added install for use Previous built compiler.
Windows escaping fixes to built compiler path.
