[PATCH] AArch64: Relax assert about large shift sizes.

The reason we don’t want to fold "opaque constants" is because ConstantHoisting has deemed them as expensive and SelectionDAG shouldn’t generate new expensive constants. You could modify the logic to allow constant folding if the result is not an expensive constant or undef.
