[PATCH] [lld] Remove CMake standalone build configuration

Hi chandlerc, Bigcheese, ruiu, shankar.easwaran, silvas,

Rather than revive the CMake standalone build, there's more consensus around giving it the boot.  This patch removes the CMake code for the standalone build.
