[PATCH] R600: Be less strict in some tests.

When we enable subreg liveness in the future some wait instructions will
be scheduled later (because there are fewer misleadin imp-uses around).
Make the tests less strict by using CHECK: instead of CHECK-NEXT: at
some places.
