Hi Marek,

These patches look good to me, and I think they can be merged.  The
project has an unofficial policy about not pushing such a large
number of patches at the same time, so I think you may want to
etiher squash some of them together (maybe all the "Add ...
Instructions" patches), or commit them 3 or 4 at a time at
intervals of an hour or more.
