[PATCH] Go bindings: add DIBuilder.InsertValueAtEnd

Hi pcc,

Expose llvm::DIBuilder::insertDbgValueIntrinsic as DIBuilder.InsertValueAtEnd in the Go bindings, to support attaching debug metadata to register values.
