[PATCH] ExecutionDepsFix: Correctly handle wide registers

Hi Andrew, Jakob, Quentin

Patch including explanations in commit message are attached. I can't think of a way to produce a testcase right now, but as soon as subregister liveness tracking is enabled CodeGen/ARM/deps-fix.ll exposes the problem.
