[PATCH] [Polly] Remove the MaxLoopDepth attribute from TempScops

Hi grosser, sebpop, dpeixott, simbuerg, zinob,

  Now MaxLoopDepth only lives in Scops not in TempScops anymore.
  This is the first part of a series of changes to make TempScops
  obsolete.
