moving sanitizer bot configs to zorg

Galina,

I'd like to move the configs we have for sanitizer bots from our separate
repository to zorg.
In particular, I want to commit files from
https://code.google.com/p/address-sanitizer/source/browse/trunk/build/#build%2Fscripts%2Fslave
to zorg.
Would you suggest the best path? Something like
zorg/buildbot/builders/sanitizers)
and after that maintain those files there.

Objections/suggestions?

We are planing to add more bots for faster turnaround, but I'd like to do
some cleanup first.
