[PATCH] Update the FreeBSD armv6 target

When I initially ported llvm and clang to FreeBSD/ARM I missed one
important part, setting the target to default to an armv6k. This was
the case with the existing copy of gcc.

I have attached a patch to fix this based on the same setting in NetBSD.
