I was about to apply it, but found that there is already a

#cmakedefine LLVM_VERSION_PATCH ${LLVM_VERSION_PATCH}

in include/llvm/Config/config.h.cmake in both trunk and 3.5. It is
missing in 3.4, but I don't think we are updating that branch.
