[Polly] Annotate the IslAst with the loop dependence distance

Hi Tobias,

 

The attached patch annotates the IslAst with the dependence distance we
compute during the parallelism check anyway.

We subsequently can use this information for versioning or smarter strip
mining.

 

I hope you like this and we can start a discussion on how to use it best.
