yes, it was. Expand does not work during type legalization. Ideally
LowerFP_TO_SINT would be a SelectionDAG method, so we could call is from
ReplaceNodeResults instead of copy pasting. The same situation applies
to SDIV/SREM/UDIV/UREM.

I found ExpandLegalXYZ, but those are private to SelectionDAGLegalize.
