[polly] [refactor] Ease creation of nicer test cases

Hey Tobias,

 

I attached a refactor patch to ease the test case creation [I used this to
meet all your standards].

 

You can see the create_ll.sh script is now a little more complex and it's
not the nicest work but it works pretty good for me (except that
clang-format handles goto-labels "wrong").

 

What do you think?
