Log:
Added instruction combine to transform few more negative values addition to subtraction (Part 1)
This patch enables transforms for following patterns.
  (x + (~(y & c) + 1)   -->   x - (y & c)
  (x + (~((y >> z) & c) + 1)   -->   x - ((y>>z) & c)
