Hey Tobias,
I added the privatization dependences and 3 test cases to the dependency
patch.
Other than that I integrated what we discussed (at least I think I did),
which includes:
+ Reductions are always on if we use non-parallel code
generation
+ I explained how reduction dependences are computed
